1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website, booking services, or renting equipment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

• • You must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment from us.

• • A valid government-issued ID and contact information are required for booking.

3. Equipment Rental Terms

3.1 Rental Period

• • The rental period begins at the time of pick-up or delivery and ends when the equipment is returned.

• • Late returns will incur additional fees as specified in the pricing details.

3.2 Deposits

• • A refundable deposit is required for each rental and must be paid at the time of booking.

• • Deposits will be refunded upon the safe return of the equipment in good condition.

3.3 Equipment Condition

• • All equipment is inspected and deemed to be in good working condition prior to rental.

• • Customers are responsible for inspecting the equipment upon receipt and notifying us immediately of any issues.

3.4 Responsibility for Damage or Loss

• • The customer is fully responsible for any damage to or loss of rented equipment during the rental period.

• • Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit or charged directly to the customer if the deposit is insufficient.

3.5 Prohibited Uses

• • Rented equipment must not be used for illegal activities or in a manner that violates local laws.

• • Equipment must not be subleased, loaned, or transferred to any third party without our consent.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees and Charges

• • Rental fees, deposits, and any applicable delivery charges must be paid in full before the rental period begins.

• • Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

4.2 Refunds

• • Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

• • Deposits will only be refunded if the equipment is returned on time and in good condition.

5. Delivery and Pick-Up

• • Delivery is available for an additional fee and must be arranged during booking.

• • The customer must be present at the agreed-upon location and time for delivery or pick-up.

• • Failed deliveries or pick-ups due to customer unavailability may result in additional charges.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental period begins are eligible for a full refund.

• • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental period may incur a cancellation fee.

• • Refunds for unused rental periods are not provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

• • We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by the improper use of our equipment.

• • Our liability is limited to the rental fees paid by the customer.

• • Customers assume all risks associated with the use of rented equipment.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EEE USA Services and Solutions LLC, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our equipment or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or cancel your rental agreement at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
